To be eligible for Holiday Voucher promotions, you (or the person/s you are purchasing on behalf of) MUST…
||Be a married couple or co-habitating together for a minimum of 2 years. Singles are accepted in some cases (see individual resorts for details). |
||Earn a combined / single income of US40,000 p.a. or more (British and Irish citizens are required to be home owners).|
||Both partners be between 30 and 65 years of age (single 35 – 60) unless otherwise stated on the Resort overview on this website|
||Furnish proof of identity at check-in (drivers license, passport) plus hold a valid credit card (Master-card, Visa or American Express).|
||Attend a relaxed 90-120 minute morning or afternoon holiday club ownership presentation during your stay. There is no obligation to purchase a holiday club membership. |
Every Holiday Voucher is:
- Applicable to only ONE stay at any ONE Resort listed in this program. It covers your accommodation only!
- Valid for 12 months! However the reservation form needs to be completed and ideally received at our office 30 days prior to your requested dates.
- Covered by a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee should you have 2nd thoughts about your purchase. Refunds do not apply if you have already utilized your Holiday Voucher or made a reservation within that 30 day period. (See our Refund Policy below.)
- TRANSFERABLE to anyone who meets the above terms and conditions and / or specific requirements of a particular resort. These details will be verified at time of booking.
- Subject to availability. In the event of your requested dates not being available, alternatives will be offered.
- Not valid between the 17th Dec to Jan 14th inclusive unless otherwise specified on Resort Overview.
- For self-catered accommodation only unless otherwise stated. Meals, air and ground travel are the sole responsibility of the person/s redeeming this voucher.
What you should be aware of:
- Property specific details are as per the Resort descriptions provided on this site. Some Resorts have specific requirements which are stated on their profiles. Please read carefully for any specific requirements.
- Properties may be added or removed from this program without prior notification.
- Resort descriptions and "ratings" are as provided and approved by Resorts.
- There are limits on available rooms in each resort. To ensure availability for your required dates, please choose three (3) desired destinations/ resorts.
- Check in day for most Resorts is a Saturday unless otherwise stated on the Resort Overview. Please co-ordinate your travel arrangements accordingly.
- If for unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances availability changes, your booking may be moved to another participating property of equal standard.
- We accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from any aspects of the offers featured in this Voucher.
- A surcharge will apply if you do not attend the presentation during your stay for any reason.
- Additional rooms can be booked to coincide with your stay. Standard rates will apply.
- If a couple, both partners must be traveling together and attend the presentation together.
- Single people are accepted by some resorts providing that they are in fact single and attached although not traveling with their partner.
- Our Holiday Vouchers are not available to full time Students, travel agents, airline employees, hospitality or vacation ownership employees.
- You cannot have attended another Holiday Club / Fractional Ownership presentation in the same resort in the last 12 months.
- Quinellas (group travel) are not accepted.
- Your Holiday Voucher is valid for 12 months ... and transferable. Therefore, PLAN AHEAD to ensure there are no problems for you or anyone you transfer the Holiday Voucher to.
